General Cancellation Terms

The actual date and time of reception of the cancellation request shall be considered to be the cancellation date.

Flight Ticket Cancellations

Fees of airline cancellation and service charges of Fly High Travel will be deducted, if applicable, from the amount that is refundable.

Visa and Travel Service Cancellations
Visa fees, embassy charges, and service fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun.
Cancellation of visa services does not guarantee any refund.
Travel insurance premiums are usually nonrefundable once issued.
Refund Processing
The refunds, if any, shall be made after receiving the refundable amount from the respective service providers.
Refunds paid using the same payment method as payment was received.
The time taken for the processing of the transaction may depend on the airline, hotel, bank, or payment gateway involved.
Non-Refundable Charges
Generally speaking, the following are not refundable:
Convenience chargesFees for services or consultations
