Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
Refund requests are processed as per the policies followed by the respective airline companies, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
Fly High Travel plays the role of an intermediary and does not offer any kind of refund guarantees until the service provider approves it.
All refund claims should be made via approved channels of communication.
Flight Ticket Refunds
Refunds for flight tickets are determined by the airline’s fare rules.
Some are complete non-refundable fares, while others are partially refundable.
Airline cancellation charges, if any taxes, Fly High Travel service charges, and convenience fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund dues will be initiated only when the airline releases the refundable amount to us.
Hotel Booking Refunds
Hotel refund policies depend on the cancellation policies of the particular hotel.
In some cases, there might be free or partial refunds if cancellation is carried out within the allowed time period.
In the case of a “no show” or early check-out, a refund will not be issued without the approval of the hotel.
Service charges are non-refundable.
Holiday Package Refunds
Holiday packages refund policies will be determined by the timeframe of cancellations.
Non-refundable portions include flight tickets, accommodation, transport, and activities that will be subtracted from the overall package price.
Refunds will differ based on the proximity to the departure date when the refund is made.
Visa and Ancillary Services
Application fees, visa fees, service fees, and document fees will be non-refundable if the process is initiated.
Premiums on travel insurance policies are non-refundable once the policy has been issued.
Refunds will not be processed for visa rejection or visa delay by the immigration authorities.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds that have been approved will actually be made through the same mode that was used for payment.
The processing time for refund might differ according to the airlines, hotel, bank, and payment gateway.
Fly High Travel does not take responsibility for bank or third-party service provider delays.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Generally speaking, the following sums are not refundable:
Fees for consultations and services
Convenience charges
Payment in advance or booking deposits (unless specified otherwise)
Fees for last-minute cancellations or no-shows
