Scope of Services
Fly High Travel is a travel service provider/catalyst for other services such as, but not limited to:

Transportation and associated travel services
We coordinate with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and service providers to provide the above services.
Booking and Payments
All bookings are based on the availability of the concerned service providers.
The prices and charges are subject to change without notice because of the following:

Taxes
Airlines’ rules
Suppliers’ requirements
Full or partial payment may be required when a booking is confirmed.
Payment to Fly High Travel will constitute an acceptance for these Terms & Conditions.
If a payment is not made within the stipulated time, there may be automatic cancellation of the booking.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
The cancellation and amendment requests should be made in writing or via official communication channels.
All cancelations and modifications will be based on the policies of the airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
When refunds are due, these shall be made only after the supplier has refunded Fly High Travel.
In most cases, the convenience fees, service fees, and cancellation fees charged might not be refundable
Refund process timing may differ according to the supplier as well as the payment type.
Travel Documents and Responsibilities
It shall also be the customer’s responsibility to see that all documents such as passports, visas, tickets, and identification are valid and in order for travel.
The denial of boarding, entry, or exit on account of incorrect or incomplete documentation shall not be the responsibility of Fly High Travel.
The responsibility for complying with airline policies, immigration requirements, health requirements, and host country law rests with the traveler.
Visa and Immigration Assistance
Visa assistance services will be offered on the basis of customer-provided data.
The grant or denial of a visa is the entirely discretionary action of the particular embassy or authority.
Fly High Travel does not assume responsibility for visa refusals, delays, or additional documentary requirements from the authorities.
Visa fees, embassy fees, and service fees cannot be refunded.
Pricing and Inclusions
Prices include only the services cited in the itinerary or quote.
Any extra cost incurred, for example, personal expenditure, meals not detailed, gratuities, taxes, or activity charges, shall not be included unless indicated.
